Teams Phone turns Microsoft Teams into a phone system — users get a real phone number and can make or receive outside calls, put callers on hold, or transfer them, all inside the Teams app. Microsoft's own Calling Plans (prepaid minute bundles) aren't sold in Malaysia, so PSTN connectivity here has to come through Direct Routing (a certified SBC paired with a local carrier) or Operator Connect (a Microsoft-certified operator provisions the numbers directly).
