He graduated from Asia Pacific University (APU) in 2022 with a Diploma in Information and Communication Technology, specialising in Software Engineering, and holds four professional certifications: Rocheston Certified Cybersecurity Engineer (RCCE), APU Certified Cybersecurity Engineer (ACCE), Peplink Certified Engineer, and Omada Certified Network Administrator (OCNA).
He began his career at GJM Global Sdn Bhd in Penang as IT Officer, overseeing technology operations across five regions in Asia and managing 200+ endpoints. In 2024, he founded Hakobi, growing it into a dual-entity technology firm serving 40+ clients across 8 industries within two years.
