H3C builds a full enterprise digital-infrastructure stack — Comware-based switches and routers, wireless, and data-center gear — under one brand. Its Comware routing/switching OS traces back to the original Huawei-3Com joint venture; the company itself is now majority owned by China's Unisplendour Corporation, with HPE having fully exited its stake in 2023 after a decade as a minority partner.
