How does it work?
1. You contact our sales team and let us know about the venue, rental period, and additional request.
2. We will then confirm with your request and you are required to pay the rental and deposit fee upfront.
3. After deposit is received, we will then proceed for site installation.
4. At the end of your event, our team will go to the venue to collect back the device and refund the deposit.

What type of support is provided on-site during critical times?
If your event site is within our delivery range (Sabah, KK, Penampang, Inanam, Putatan), our team will travel onsite to troubleshoot issues. For other locations, 24x7 phone support is provided with a 4-hour SLA for urgent queries

What will happen if the data cap has exceeded?
- Unlimited data will be provided at 1Mbps and upload speeds of 0.5Mbps according to our SLA
- Please contact us to increase the data cap, price is according to the add-on package

If the site requires mounting and cabling, how is it handled?
We would need to liaise with the venue provider to discuss about the mounting location, additional cost may incur as this would result in drilling and high rise installation.

Do I need to provide my own router or hardware?
No, our rental packages included with an omada router. However, the location must have power source.
